Cancellation Policy
Suite & Sassy Salon’s appointment, reschedule, and cancellation policy allows for optimal service to all valued clients. Appointments, reschedules, and cancellations can be made via text, phone call, or email.
Reschedules and cancellations
48 Hours or Less:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Reschedules and cancellations made 48 hours or less than your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
No Shows
If you schedule an appointment and fail to show up, reschedule, or cancel your appointment within the allotted time frame, a 50% charge will be applied.
Late Arrivals:
To ensure all clients are serviced on time, if you anticipate being delayed by 15 minutes or more, please call to reschedule, Clients who arrive 15 minutes or later from the original appointment time will be rescheduled upon arrival.
If you need to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours or less of the original appointment time, and the rescheduled appointment cannot be accommodated within the same week, a 50% charge of the service fee will be applied.
